

Now that there are no more updates planned until Daniel leaves I guess everybody is at the mercy of Avid. One really hopes that the playback issues can be solved though.

As well the Marimba which is an "Instrument Change" is also unaffected. As well the lower Crotale and Vibraphone are unaffected. Thing is they still show up on the mixer meters but no sound. Click on the notes and they no longer sound. Start from the beginning and stop in the middle and then continue on and the top Crotale and Vibraphone disappear. Click on the notes and they are all there. Load the score and start from the beginning and everything plays fine through to the end. The problem has to do with "Instrument Changes" and disappearing sounds. I have attached a small "Test Score" to demonstrate a problem I am having in Sibelius 7. 7.1: "Instrument Changes" and Disappearing.
